Enquire todayNDIS cleaning is regular household cleaning paid for from a participant's NDIS plan, usually under Core Supports where it is reasonable and necessary.

Set up regular support
Most participants prefer the comfort of a consistent, weekly or fortnightly schedule. You get the same familiar face treating your home with genuine care, every time.

I need a deep reset clean
Sometimes you just need help getting back on top of things. A deep clean resets the home to a safe, comfortable standard before starting regular service.

I am a Support Coordinator
We make managing plans easy. We are a reliable, insured local business ready to provide consistent, respectful in-home help for your participants.
Talk to us
You probably don't need a registered provider.
Most people assume NDIS cleaning has to come from a registered provider. Only NDIA-managed plans are restricted that way.
If your plan is self-managed or plan-managed, you can choose any provider you like, including us. If you are not sure which kind of plan you have, your plan manager or support coordinator will know, and we are happy to talk it through with them.
NDIS house cleaning for people across the Northern Rivers and the Tweed
If keeping on top of the house has become harder than it used to be, you're not alone, and you don't have to sort it out by yourself.
We clean for:
- NDIS participants who want a regular, reliable clean at home
- Family carers arranging support for someone they love
- Support coordinators and plan managers who need a local provider that turns up, communicates and invoices properly

Why participants and coordinators choose us
We turn up
For most households a missed clean is annoying. When you've been waiting all week for help with the bathroom, it's a genuinely bad day, which is why reliability isn't something we advertise, it's the thing the whole business was built on.
On time. Done properly. Every time.
The same familiar faces, every visit
You shouldn't have to explain your home to a stranger every fortnight.
Wherever we can, you'll have the same cleaner each visit, someone who knows how you like things done and doesn't need to be told twice. If they're unwell or away, we'll let you know beforehand and send someone from our team who already knows your preferences.
We're a local team, and there is one local number to ring. When you ring us, you're talking to someone who lives here.
A real local business, and a real name behind it
TLB was started by Teagan Burke, an Alstonville local who wanted the job done properly. It grew from one person to a team across the region without a dollar spent on advertising, and every client came from someone who had already been looked after.
Most of our team are local women. If you'd feel more comfortable with a woman in your home, tell us and we'll do our best to arrange it.
We're insured, police-checked, and bound by the NDIS Code of Conduct like every provider paid from NDIS funding. Your home is yours. We treat it that way.
NDIS window cleaning, and the jobs you can't safely reach
Windows are the job most people stop doing first. Not because they stop mattering, but because they mean a ladder, a stretch, or a twist that is no longer worth the risk.
We clean windows inside and out at ground level, along with tracks, sills and flyscreens, which is where the dirt actually sits. It can go on the same visit as your regular clean or be booked on its own a few times a year, whichever suits your plan.
Like the rest of the clean, it is hourly support, so it comes out of the same funding and you set the priorities for the time booked. If you would rather we did the windows one visit and the bathrooms the next, that is your call to make and we will work to it.
Easy to book, instant pricing, cost effective
Managed for you. Set day, set team, a reminder before, a message on the way, and told first when something changes.
Book online in a couple of minutes, or send a text, ring us or email, whichever you'd actually do. Tell us the bedrooms, the bathrooms and how often you want us. That's enough to price a regular clean properly.
Regular cleaning is the one job that can be priced without seeing it first, because size and frequency genuinely predict the work. So you get a number straight away rather than waiting on someone to come and look. The price doesn't move once we're there, unless you ask us to do more.
It's cost effective because the same team comes back to a place they already know. Nothing gets learned from scratch each visit, so the time goes on cleaning rather than on working out where things live. No lock-in, no minimum term and no exit fee.
How it works
- Tell us about the job.
- We confirm the price and agree a time and access.
- We do the clean, and you get a message when we're on the way.
- If something needs fixing, you hear it from us first.
Working with us
1. Can I use my NDIS funding to pay for cleaning?
Often, yes. Cleaning usually sits under Core Supports where it's reasonable and necessary in your plan, and we're glad to talk it through with your coordinator.
2. Who actually comes into my home, will it be the same person each time?
The same trusted local team wherever we can, familiar faces, not a different stranger each week. TLB is a real local business, insured, police-checked and accountable, with Teagan standing behind every job.
3. What makes TLB different from other cleaners doing NDIS work?
A local team with backup. Big enough that your clean still happens when someone is unwell, and local enough that the person who comes knows you and knows the area.
4. What if I'm not happy with the clean, or I want things done differently?
Tell us and we'll make it right, and that's the deal. You choose what gets done, how often and what we leave alone. Change it any time. It's your home, your call.
5. What happens if I get in touch?
A simple chat about what you need, when, and whether we're the right fit. No pressure, no obligation. We're happy to speak with your family, coordinator or plan manager too.
NDIS house cleaning, common questions
1. Can I still get cleaning funded if I live with family or housemates?
Often yes, but usually only for the spaces you're responsible for. The NDIS won't fund supports that duplicate what family or other household members already provide, and the NDIA considers whether a support is shared. In a share house, that can mean funding covers your own room and the parts of the home your disability stops you managing, rather than the whole house.
2. Cleaning isn't in my plan. Can I still get it?
Not until it's funded, but you can ask for it. Core Supports funding is usually flexible, so if you already have Assistance with Daily Life funding you may be able to use some of it for cleaning. If you don't, raise it at your next plan check-in or ask the NDIA for a plan variation on 1800 800 110. An occupational therapist report describing what you can't safely do strengthens the case.
3. What will the cleaner actually do?
Everyday household cleaning you can't manage safely yourself: vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, laundry, changing linen and taking out bins. It's an hourly support, so you set the priorities for the time booked, and a two-hour visit won't cover a whole-house deep clean. Yard and garden work is a separate NDIS line item (01_019_0120_1_1), billed separately at its own rate.
4. Do I need to provide cleaning products and a vacuum?
That's set by your provider and recorded in your service agreement, so ask before the first visit. The NDIS funds the hour of support work, not consumables: cleaning products, mops and vacuums generally can't be claimed from your plan unless they're specialised items linked to your disability. If you'd rather your own products were used for allergy or sensory reasons, say so upfront.
5. What happens if I have to cancel a clean?
Your service agreement sets the notice period, so check it before you sign. If you cancel inside that window, a provider may be able to claim the session from your plan, but only if the agreement says so and they couldn't give the worker other paid work instead. Give as much notice as you can and you won't be charged.
