House cleaning you never have to chase.
The same local team, on the same day, every time. Easy to book, instant pricing, cost effective.
Get an instant quoteRegular home cleaning is an ongoing visit on a set schedule, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, that keeps a lived-in house on top of things rather than resetting it.
TLB Cleaning provides house cleaning services across the Northern Rivers, the Tweed and the Southern Gold Coast.

It's got away from me a bit.
Start with a one-off deep clean, then set up a fortnightly. That way round works out better than doing it the other way.
Deep cleaning -

I'm moving out.
That's an end of lease clean, measured against an inspection rather than your own standard. Different page.

It's for Mum or Dad's place.
We do regular cleans for older clients, including through Home Care Packages and DVA.

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly
| How often we come | Weekly | Fortnightly | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Suits | Larger households, homes with pets, heavy kitchen and bathroom use | Most homes | Smaller households, or a top-up between deep cleans |
| What it does | Holds everything at the same level week to week | Keeps the house steady without over-servicing | Takes the edge off, though the house moves between visits |
| First visit | Longer than the ones after it | Longer than the ones after it | Longer than the ones after it |
Fortnightly suits most homes. If you're not sure, start there and tell us if it isn't holding. Changing it later takes a message.
The first one takes longer.
We start from wherever the house is, so the first visit runs longer than the ones after it and is priced differently.
If it's been a while, a one-off deep clean first works out better value than paying for a long first regular clean. We'll tell you honestly which one you need rather than quoting for the bigger job by default.
What you're actually buying.
It isn't a spotless house. It's not thinking about it.
Not wondering whether anyone's coming this week. Not chasing a reply. Not being the one who has to raise it when the bathroom quietly stops being done properly.
Set your day once, meet your team, and it happens. A reminder in the lead-up so it never sneaks up on you, and a message when we're on our way. Some clients want a quick chat when we arrive, others would rather come home to it done. Both are completely fine.
The difference, on real jobs.

Easy to book, instant pricing, cost effective
Managed for you. Set day, set team, a reminder before, a message on the way, and told first when something changes.
Book online in a couple of minutes, or send a text, ring us or drop us an email, whichever you'd actually do.
You get a price straight away rather than waiting on a quote, and it's based on your actual place rather than a guess. Tell us the size of it and roughly what condition it's in, and if a deep clean first would serve you better than a long first regular visit, we'll say so.
Cost effective because it's the same team each visit working to a set routine, so nobody is relearning your house. No lock-in, no minimum term and no exit fee. Skip a visit when you're away, and your spot stays yours.
How it works
- Tell us about the job.
- We confirm the price and agree a time and access.
- We do the clean, and you get a message when we're on the way.
- If something needs fixing, you hear it from us first.

Frequently asked questions
1. Who's in my house when I'm at work?
Someone you've met. We'll introduce the cleaner looking after your home before the first visit, so you never open the door to a stranger. How we get in is agreed when you book.
2. Will I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes, wherever we can. Your home is assigned to a team and that's who you'll see. If someone's away, another member of your team covers and we let you know beforehand.
3. Can I skip a clean when we're away?
Yes, just let us know ahead of time and we'll move it or skip it. Your spot stays yours. Most families skip a fortnight over Christmas and pick straight back up in January.
4. What happens at the first visit?
It takes longer than the ones after it, because we're starting from wherever the house is. We'll walk through with you, agree the priorities, and set the rhythm from there.
5. Do I need to tidy up before you arrive?
Tidy, don't clean. Clearing benchtops, floors and vanities makes a real difference, because time spent moving your things is time not spent cleaning. Put away clothes, toys, dishes and anything fragile. If the house is cluttered on the day, we clean around it and some of the detail gets missed.
6. How much does a regular clean cost?
It depends on the size of your place, its condition and how often we come, which is why we quote rather than publish a flat rate that would be wrong for most homes. Tell us the basics and you'll have a price back quickly, with no obligation attached.
7. Am I locked into a contract?
No. No minimum term, no exit fee, and you can pause or skip a visit whenever you need to. Most people stay because it's working, not because they signed something.
8. Is there a minimum booking?
Most cleaning companies set a minimum of around two hours, because anything shorter can't be done properly once travel and setup are counted. Tell us the size of your place when you book and we'll tell you honestly what it needs.
9. What if my cleaner is sick or on holiday?
Another member of your team covers, and we'll let you know in advance rather than leaving you wondering on the day.
10. Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. Our team arrives with everything needed, so you don't have to supply anything or set anything out. If you'd rather we used particular products in your home, because of a baby, an allergy or a pet, tell us when you book and we'll use what you've got or bring an alternative.
11. Can I ask for particular things to be prioritised each visit?
Yes, and most regular clients do. Tell us what matters most in your house, whether that's the bathrooms, the floors or the kitchen, and we'll work to that order every visit. If your priorities change, message us and we'll update the notes on your booking.
12. Can I book over the phone instead of online?
Yes. Online, text, phone or email, whichever suits you.
Set your day, meet your team, and stop thinking about it.
Tell us about your place and we'll come back with a price.
